> Sureor is a Chinese-market AI brand visibility assessment service. It samples responses from currently available official APIs or connected web-search capabilities, preserves evidence, and maps findings back to website pages.

## What Sureor measures

- Active mention: whether a brand enters an answer without being named in the question.
- Citation share: which domains the answer cites and whether the brand's own website is used as a source.
- Provider coverage: whether the selected AI platforms return valid, comparable samples.
- Site quality and content structure: whether public pages contain clear, verifiable facts and structures that can be cited directly.

## Method and limits

- The user confirms brand facts, audience, competitors and question scope before a run starts.
- Each platform is sampled separately. The report records platform, model, web-search state, time, answer and citations.
- At least two platforms must succeed before Sureor produces a comparable valid report.
- Results are a time-stamped sample, not a permanent statement about every consumer app experience.
- Historical reports keep their scoring version and are not rewritten after methodology updates.

## Complete delivery loop

- Operator report: score, model answers, citations, competitor comparison and a decision-ready conclusion.
- Developer / AI Agent package: stable task IDs, owners, objectives, page targets, implementation steps and acceptance criteria.
